Talos Energy Benefit Highlights

Talos Energy offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package to our employees.

Medical Coverage

Talos Energy provides employees with the choice of two Health Savings Account (HSA) compatible plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield with zero to minimal cost for families

Dental & Vision Coverage

Talos Energy provides dental and vision coverage through Humana, which employees may choose to enroll in at zero to minimal cost for families

Health Savings Account

Employees are eligible for the Health Savings Account with enrollment into the company-sponsored medical plan. Talos Energy will make an annual contribution into each employee’s HSA account and employees may make additional pre-tax contributions within IRS guidelines

401(k) Retirement Plans

Talos Energy will match 50% of employee contributions up to 10% of earnings

Basic Life Insurance

Talos Energy provides company-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance

Voluntary Life Insurance

Employees have the option of purchasing additional life and AD&D insurance coverage for the employee, spouse and/or dependent children

Disability

Talos Energy provides both short-term & long-term disability coverage at no cost to the employee

Vacation Paid Time Off (PTO)

Vacation time is allotted based on years of experience in the industry

Flexible Work-Life Balance

Employees may choose from several flexible work schedules including the traditional Monday-Friday workweek, 4 ½ workweek or a '9/80' schedule

Holidays

Talos Energy observes most major United States holidays each year which may vary year-to-year based on actual calendar dates
